Chaired multi-company committee responsible for integrated network of communication between production, pipelines, marine and marketing. Led analysis of integrated issues.

Developed employee performance recognition pay program. Recommendation to senior managers and executive group accepted. Produced education/training communication for 800 person work force.

Developed monthly management updates for capital tracking, drilling performance and crude market influences.

ENGINEERING

Oversaw company performance benchmarking. Led project engineering (front-end loading) and drilling studies and supported implementation through management education, follow-up evaluation and supplying organization with tools required for self-assessment.

Developed performance monitoring and capacity determination tools for various processing systems (glycol regeneration, crude distillation tower, crude heaters, heat recovery units, clarifier tanks, injection pumps, pipeline hydraulics).

Facility project experience as leader (planning, construction and start-up) and facility engineer (implementation, operator training and hazards review) at major facilities at Kuparuk (CPF-1, CPF-3, Sea Water Treatment, Diesel, and Waste Water Plants) and Prudhoe Bay (Flow Station 2 and Diesel Topping Plant).

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Co-led analysis of $200mm marine transportation decision. Evaluated alternatives and developed a program to incorporate uncertainties. Compiled and published report and presentations to educate and receive approval from multiple operating companies. Received executive committee endorsement of recommendation.

Identified and evaluated various options for $100mm company real-estate holdings. Created cash flow models to test uncertainties. Developed recommendation, created management report and presentations. Received management concurrence with recommendations.
